What are the delivery options, and how long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping with no minimum spend required.

Delivery times: 5-15 business days

We’ll process and ship your order within 2 working days to the address provided at checkout.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

What happens if my order fails to be delivered?

If your parcel cannot be delivered due to attempted deliveries, insufficient or incorrect delivery information, or failure to retrieve it from the delivery center, it will be returned to our warehouse. As the recipient, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including standard shipping fees for resending the parcel.
